Bio Gail Carroll

SeaCoast Realty specializes in residential homes in this paradise we call Central and North County, San Diego.  It includes coastal homes, lake homes and inland homes..These include homes for investment, retirement, vacation, single and family living – detached and attached homes.

Gail is well-known for providing outrageous service to her clients.  She is innovative and a problem solver and will tackle unexpected speed bumps with energy and ingenuity to achieve a positive outcome.  Her passion is to help family, friends and clients with successful results and meaningful relationships.

She has lived, worked and played in inland and coastal San Diego for over 30 years.  She has won team sales awards as well as recognition for  community contributions and service to military families.

Gail is a mother of 5, grandmother of 11, married, and lives on the Lake at San Marcos. She retired from a  career of 25 years in an executive corporate sales environment as a consistent top performer.  Her background is in accounting, taxation, fraud investigation, and information technology. She also pioneered the concept of what is now known in the real estate industry as “staging,” bringing top dollar for client’s property.  She was honored by the North County Association of Realtors – her peers-  with the REALTOR® Award of Excellence for Carlsbad for her professional participation, realtor relationships and community service.

Gail has earned her SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist, designation to assist mature clients in making sound choices and transitions in real estate transactions, geared toward positive aging..   As an accomplished member of the Carlsbad PRSI Real Estate office, Gail’s creativity, energy, and zeal for excellence set a high standard of client service. Her can-do attitude is a special, innate gift. Those who have been represented by Gail praise her integrity and professionalism.

Gail takes the same passion she demonstrates in real estate out to the community, where she has served on local HOA’s, and is an activist for quality of life in coastal communities. Gail has served on the board of the Assistance League for 20+ years, raising funds for children at risk, organizes toy drives at Christmas for the ASYMCA enlisted families at Camp Pendleton, organized seamstressses and supplies to provide over 2500 Covid-19 masks for Veterans, Palomar Health, Navajo Nation and other local organizations.  She has been honored by the local organizations and the military for her service, as well as hands on participation in Community Resource Center activities to stem domestic abuse, homelessness and hunger, where she has also been honored as a strategic volunteer.
